We have been trying to conceive for the past 2 years, and both my wife and I feel very stressed and emotional about it. Below are our medical details: My report: Semen analysis is generally good: 66 percent normal sperms, liquefaction time 20 minutes, and very good volume and motility. I initially experienced quick ejaculation (less than a minute). After consulting a doctor and undergoing Doppler and transrectal scans, it was confirmed that I do not have premature ejaculation. My semen seems very liquid, which I feel may contribute to the quick ejaculation. Could this affect fertility? My wife report: She has thyroid issues, initially 10 mIU/L two years ago, now 4.5 mIU/L after taking 75 mcg Thyronorm. Her menstrual cycle is 25 days, lasting 2 days, one day normal flow, one day light. Her doctor suggested a complete abdominal study. Ultrasound revealed two right paraovarian cysts of 6 cm each. We both also have leucoderma and low vitamin D levels. Could you please advise on the next steps to improve our chances of conception and manage these health issues?

Liquid semen does not harm fertility unless liquefaction time more than 30 min. Thyroid and cysts need regular monitoring. Cyst greater than 5cm may need removal if symptomatic. Consider fertility consult.

I am 27 years old and 10 weeks pregnant. My blood test report shows Free T4 serum at 2.31 mg per dL and TSH at 0.021 microIU per mL. Do I need to start any medication now? I have never taken any medicine for thyroid before.

8 months back my TSH was 4.5 and I am taking 87.5 mg for the past 2 years. Today my TSH is 9. My doctor is out of town. Can you please check my report and tell me if I can go for 100 mg and for how many months? Because my doctor keeps switching in between 87.5 and 100 mg. Does TSH level increase during monthly cycle? Kindly help with the dosage.
