What are the causes of shortness of breath and fatigue?
Obesity, lung, heart and certain conditions can cause shortness of breathe and fatigue.

Shortness of breathe actually means inability to breathe normally. A person with this condition usually breathes heavily and deeply.
There may be a possibility that you are obese and physically inactive due to which walks can trigger breathlessness. However, if you are not obese and is still experiencing breathlessness then you may want to get your heart and lungs checked by a doctor.
Mild anemia can happen due to faulty diets or certain medications. However, the prominent symptoms are cold hands and feet, tiredness, chest pain and shortness of breathe. If you are experiencing these symptoms consider taking a blood test to know your iron levels.
Oxygen levels between 95% to 100% is normal when measured by a pulse oximeter. However, still if you are experiencing breathing difficulties then you may be suffering from COPD or any undiagnosed medical condition which is causing shortness of breathe (dyspnea).
