I have sickle cell anemia and beta thalassemia. I have attached my recent blood report for your review. Could you please advise on the next steps for my treatment and management?

I had a D&C on 9th March. For the last three to four days, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and was taking Meftas Spas. Yesterday, the pain increased so much that I had to rush to the hospital and get a USG done, both transvaginal and whole abdomen. The transvaginal scan detected a retention cyst of 4.4 cm. The pain is continuing and is unbearable. Please suggest if there is anything to worry about. MetPCO has been advised. This was my first abortion, and I plan to conceive again within three months. Are there any worries? I have attached my report.
