Hello, we have been trying to conceive for the past 9 to 10 months but have not been successful. My wife has PCOS but is under treatment and all her parameters including blood tests and ovulation are now normal. The doctor advised me to get a semen analysis done. I am attaching my report and would like to know if it is normal or not. Please also let me know if there is anything else I should take care of. Sperm motility active 5 percent, sperm motility sluggish 5 percent, sperm motility non motile 90 percent. Pus cells 2 per HPF. Epithelial cells 1 to 2 per HPF. Parasites none. Normal 10 percent. Abnormal 90 percent. This is my report.
