View allI had COVID back in May 2021 and was in quarantine. Things were normal until late August when I started having a cold and got treated with antibiotics. After finishing the antibiotics, I noticed this slight pain on the left side of my chest while breathing deeply, as well as pain in my left hand. It's not sharp anymore, just a constant feeling. My chest X-ray came back normal, but the ECG showed Sinus Tachycardia, and sometimes my heart rate spikes. I'm 26, recently quit smoking, and I'm worried if this could be something like COPD or lung cancer. I can hold my breath for over a minute and can exhale in about 15 seconds, so I'm not breathless. But I'm really anxious, my hands and feet get sweaty, and there's this skin issue on my lower foot which makes me think about hyperthyroidism. Could you help me understand what's going on? I'm seriously worried.
