I woke up this morning with really bad pain and found out I have a 10mm stone stuck in my ureter at the EVJ. I'm worried I might need surgery. 7mm renal calculi definitely needs surgical management.... any blockage of urinary flow due to calculi wil lead to infection or hydronephrosis . kindly consult urologist and get treated...
