View allI have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite, motion, and sleep are all normal. I did this blood test myself as I do it every year for a health checkup. I have had COVID twice, in May (moderate) and January (mild). No hospitalization or steroids were used. Please guide me based on the blood report?

I want to understand how to interpret the results of my CBC and metabolic panel. Some values came back abnormal, and I am unsure if they are concerning. My results are: Neutrophils: 84.6 percent (normal range 42.2 to 75.2) Lymphocytes: 8.6 percent (20.5 to 51.5) Eosinophils: 0.3 percent (0.7 to 7.8) Calcium: 10.3 mg/dL (8.4 to 10.2) Alkaline phosphatase: 121 (40 to 120) For reference, I have hypothyroidism and hirsutism. I am taking levothyroxine and spironolactone, and recently stopped hydrochlorothiazide.

I have been experiencing a dry cough (sukhi khansi) for the past 8 months. I have taken antibiotics and anti allergic medications several times, but there has been little improvement. My chest Xray and blood tests are normal. I work in the teaching profession. Could you please advise what might be causing this persistent cough and what steps I should take to treat it effectively?
