I am having back pain since long and my skin under my eyes burns when I close my eyes. I had a blood report a month back but my parents are not telling me what it is. I recently had a blood test for Typhidot IgM, and the result came back reactive, but I never experienced fever or other typical typhoid symptoms. I have started taking medicines, but now I feel weak and dizzy. Could you please explain what a reactive Typhidot IgM result means? Does it definitely mean I have typhoid? What should I do next?
