Is this urine report normal? If not, what tests should I take after? Pus cells and RBC casts are abnormal. Blood picture is normal. Only WBC count is on the lower side at 4500.

I recently did a urinalysis, and everything was normal except for RBCs and hemoglobin. A few years ago, I used to have sand and crystals in my urine. Are the RBCs in my urine harmful?
