View allI'm two months pregnant and my doctor suggested I take doxinate for managing nausea. I'm just wondering, when's the best time to take doxinate during the first trimester?
-Hi! You can take Doxinate 30 minutes before meals, especially in the morning, to help prevent nausea throughout the day. If your nausea worsens at specific times, adjust accordingly, like taking it at night for morning sickness. Always follow your doctor

I'm a 32-year-old married woman who had an ovarian cyst removed 5 years ago along with my left ovary, so now only my right ovary is left. Recently my doctor suggested an MRI pelvis and S.AMH test my S.AMH result was 2.33, and the current ovarian cyst size is 4.5x4.3 cm. Is this cyst really dangerous enough to require surgery, or can it be treated with medicines? I'm really worried and need advice
With an ovarian cyst of 4.5 cm, if it’s benign, medications like birth control pills or hormone therapy can sometimes manage it. Surgery may be necessary if it causes pain or grows. The S.AMH level of 2.33 suggests ovarian reserve is still reasonable, but discuss options with your gynecologist.
