View allI'm really worried because just a few days after my period ended, I started having this burning sensation when I pee. Shortly after, I began experiencing itching around my vulva, and then the usual white discharge appeared, looking like small pieces of cottage cheese. I've been hearing that PCOD could be causing the white discharge, and I've been dealing with PCOD for about three years now. This seems to be happening every month, and even though I'm keeping up with hygiene, it's really frustrating me. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?

I've had left hydrosalpinx for the past 3 years after my right tube and ovary were removed. My periods are regular do I need surgery for this or can I leave it alone? Could leaving it untreated cause any harm?
While having regular periods after a hydrosalpinx is a good sign, it's crucial to understand the potential impact of the condition on fertility. Depending on your goals and circumstances, treatment might be recommended. Leaving hydrosalpinx untreated can decrease the chances of conceiving naturally and increase the risk of complications like ectopic pregnancy

I've been diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy at 6 weeks and my doctor prescribed a 100mg Methotrexate injection, which I took today around 4pm. Since then, I've had constant but bearable pain is this normal? I really want to avoid surgery. Can I take any painkillers for this? Would appreciate your advice.
