What generation test is this Ab/Ag HIV1/2?

This antigen/antibody test (4th generation) has the ability to identify HIV earlier than antibody-only tests (2nd and 3rd generation).

Doctor, I had a proviral DNA test done 55 days after exposure, and the result was negative. Do I still need any further testing? I am getting married next month and want to be sure.
