I'm really struggling with some serious itching around my groin, and it seems to get worse when things get wet down there. I've tried a bunch of creams, but the itching just keeps coming back, and every time I scratch, it ends up bruising and hurting even more. Ive been using a hot air blower to soothe it, but I'm worried this could mess with my sperm count because of the heat. What should I do?
