Which is more harmful, VLDL or LDL?
VLDL is more harmful althought it has more triglycerides.

VLDL is 60% triglycerides which can clog the arteries and cause heart disease and heart attacks.

VLDL cholesterol is a type of blood fat. It's considered one of the "bad" forms of cholesterol, along with LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
