Initially red, some rashes developed pus, and after 2 days, some turned magenta, especially after wearing jeans all day. In my locality, there are many insects, including large mosquitoes. My blood test report shows:
Hemoglobin: 14.7
Polymorphs (Poly): 72
Lymphocytes: 21
ESR: 10
Other parameters: Normal
Please advise what might be causing these rashes and the next steps or treatment.

Start with ECG, chest X ray, and CBC. Depending on findings, your doctor may suggest cardiac enzymes or an ECHO. If breathless, a chest CT may help.
