My friend was diagnosed with dengue on 27th May and has since been undergoing treatment. At this point, he no longer has a fever or any major symptoms. I am feeling fever, chills in the body, tiredness, and gastric issues for the last 10 days. As per doctor suggestion I went for CBC and Widal test. Platelet count is 550, monocytes are 12:20, and all other CBC report is good. I am attaching the Widal test report. Is it typhoid fever or something else?
