I've been dealing with hemorrhoids, but my last doctor said they were low grade. Lately, they've flared up a bit, and I've been feeling constantly tired and weak, sometimes even a little sick. I do feel better after a good bathroom trip, but there's no blood in my stool. Can hemorrhoids cause these kinds of symptoms, and what should I do about it? I have a 1.08 cm gallbladder stone and a 0.78 cm liver stone, plus my left kidney is 9.38 cm and right kidney is 9.87 cm. Doctors are recommending surgery but I really don't want to go through with it. Are there any other options or treatments I can try instead?

I'm a bit worried because my stool test showed 12 HPF pus cells and an acidic pH. The CRP level is 1.5 and I'm not quite sure what this means, but I read that it's within the normal range. Could these results indicate some kind of bowel issue, and should I be concerned about something more serious? What steps should I take next?
