Will you need surgery to remove the fibroid?

View allI've been taking Susten 400 twice a day since my IUI on July 5th, as my doctor suggested doing it for 15 days. But now it's day 11, and I'm having all these period symptoms. Do you think I should stop taking Susten, or is this normal? I'm just a bit worried and unsure about what to do next.
It is important to continue using Susten as prescribed by your doctor to support the early stages of pregnancy. It is recommended to complete the full course of medication unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

My sister was diagnosed with a fibroid in her uterus, and I've attached her reports for reference. What should our next steps be? Can it be treated with just medication, or is laparoscopy necessary? If surgery is needed, is it safe, and will the fibroids come back later? Would she need to have her uterus removed? I'd really appreciate your advice on the best course of action.
She can opt for Laparoscopic / Open myomectomy. Where only Fibroid will e removed. Her age is just 39yrs, so no need to remove uterus. As removal of uterus will give her Surgical manopause. Only thing, recurrence can not be predicted

I'm really worried about whether APCOD is a good medicine for managing PCOD. Are there any side effects I should know about? Also, is it an allopathic, Ayurvedic, or homeopathic remedy?
APCOD is an Ayurvedic medicine commonly used to treat Polycystic Ovary Disorder (PCOD), and while some women report benefits, its effectiveness is largely anecdotal and not extensively scientifically proven; potential side effects may include gastrointestinal upset, allergic reactions, or interactions with other medications, so consult an Ayurvedic practitioner
