Yesterday I did blood transfusion since low blood level. After that doctors identified I am suffering with jaundice. They are saying nothing to worry. Please suggest me on the below report. Are the report results dangerous?

Post transfusion jaundice can happen due to breakdown of red cells (hemolysis) or underlying liver issues. If doctors arent concerned, it may be mild or resolving. Still, monitor LFTs and bilirubin.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a Reticulocyte Count Test Test

View allI have been suffering from jaundice for the past 7 weeks. Initially, my bilirubin was 10?mg/dL. After 4 weeks, it decreased to 2.08?mg/dL, but now it has increased again to 2.3?mg/dL. My SGOT and SGPT levels have also risen. Could you please advise how to bring my bilirubin, SGOT, and SGPT back to normal?
