Yesterday I did blood transfusion since low blood level. After that doctors identified I am suffering with jaundice. They are saying nothing to worry. Please suggest me on the below report. Are the report results dangerous?

Post transfusion jaundice can happen due to breakdown of red cells (hemolysis) or underlying liver issues. If doctors arent concerned, it may be mild or resolving. Still, monitor LFTs and bilirubin.

View allI am not taking alcohol, oils, spices, or outside food since 20th November. At that time, my platelets were around 46k. Now they are over 1 lakh. Suddenly, my total bilirubin increased to 5. I started a Joinex related diet with more liquids, vegetables, and fruits, and I am still on it, but it is not coming down. Today the report shows bilirubin 6.49. My wife LFT report shows, ALT: 574 U/L, AST: 363 U/L and ALP: 265 U/L. She recently had food poisoning and previously had her gallbladder removed due to stones.
