With the increasing concern on COVID-19, the fear of its symptoms has taken a toll on everyone worldwide.

If you've been detected with COVID-19 and want to know how it's affecting your health, if you're receiving COVID-19 treatment at home and observe any problems intensifying, or if your physician has told you to monitor your biometrics, our COVID Shield test is for you.

Specifics of the COVID Shield Test

Getting yourself tested regularly will help you determine whether you are infected with COVID-19, allowing you to take preventative steps.  Apart from detection, blood, kidney, and liver tests will reveal how your body responds to the virus and whether it is creating the antibodies needed to combat COVID-19.
The COVID Shield includes a total of 34 check-ups. It features five different types of tests:

    • C-Reactive Protein CRP (Quantitative)
    • Complete Blood Count
    • Renal Function Test
    • Liver Function Test
    • Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG

The first test, CRP, detects or monitors inflammation-causing disorders such as bacterial infestations, fungal infections, and irritable bowel syndrome. It measures the levels of CRP in the blood and helps predict the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and abdominal obesity.

Inflammation can also be induced by autoimmune diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, as well as a bone infection known as osteomyelitis. You may require this test if you have indications of a worrisome bacterial infection, such as fever, tremors, fast breathing, increased heart rate, vomiting, and nausea.

The second test in the COVID Shield is the Complete Blood Count. It is a comprehensive test with 13 parameters. This test focuses on RBC count, platelet count, haemoglobin, and leucocyte count, among other factors. It detects the presence of illnesses or disorders, as well as any excesses or deficiencies, in your bloodstream.

The third COVID Shield test examines 9 distinct categories, including blood urea nitrogen, uric acid, calcium, and potassium, to name a few.

It consists of a series of tests that evaluate numerous parameters such as electrolytes, proteins, and minerals to determine the condition of the kidneys.

The Liver Function test identifies and tracks liver illness or injury. Albumin, bilirubin, and globulin are among the 10 enzymes and proteins measured in the test. It assesses the liver's ability to carry out its regular tasks. The test also analyses the enzymes released by liver cells in reaction to injury or disease.

Finally, the COVID Shield contains a test that screens for antibodies produced by patients against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that triggers COVID-19. It detects IgG in whole blood, human serum, or plasma qualitatively.

Medical specialists will be able to provide appropriate advice with the help of this COVID Shield test package. As a result, you can supplement your health with the required boosters and superfoods.

    Who Should Get Tested?

All individuals, including those who exhibit no signs, those who have signs of illness such as difficulty breathing, cough, hoarseness, or loss of sense of taste and smell, and those who could have been immunocompromised, should be tested to help deter the proliferation of COVID-19.

A COVID Shield test early in the ailment allows people to take appropriate precautions, lowering the risk of further deterioration. This will also enable them to seek treatment sooner, perhaps decreasing disease intensity and the danger of long-term impairment or death.
