Since last morning I’ve been experiencing stomach cramps in intervals and passing loose motion too. I had plain food and electrol and 2 tablets of Lomotil yesterday. I still have loose motions. Please help.

Given your symptoms, it seems like you have a stomach infection due to eating food from outside. You need to start a course of antibiotics, most probably a combination of ciprofloxacin and ornidazole twice daily for 5 days. Drink lemon juice with salt & sugar or coconut water to maintain hydration.
