Can I take Dolo 650 and Cetirizine together? I'm not sure if it's safe to mix them, and I don't want to have any side effects. I feel like I need both, but I'm just worried. What do you think?

A persistent cough with blood can be concerning.

Despite a normal chest X-ray, the presence of blood in your cough requires further investigation.

Possible causes:

  • Pulmonary embolism
  • Lung cancer
  • Tuberculosis
  • Bronchitis
  • Pneumonia

Consult a pulmonologist or a specialist for:

  • Computed Tomography (CT) scan
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Sputum analysis
  • Blood tests

Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial.

I'm a bit worried after getting my covid vaccination yesterday morning. Is it okay if I eat non-veg in the next few days? Some people are suggesting I should avoid it for 5 days. Could you advise on this?

No problem you have it

My mom's been running a high fever for the last couple of days. The doctor suggested she take doxcef cv, dolo 650, and meftal 500. She's been on these meds for a bit now, but her fever isnt dropping below 102. Can we give her meftal two hours after she takes dolo? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's generally safe to alternate Dolo 650 and Meftal 500 for fever management, but they should be spaced out by at least 4 hours, not 2 hours. Since her fever is persistent, it might be helpful to contact the doctor again for further evaluation. Keep her hydrated and monitor her temperature regularly.

I've been feeling warm lately but don't have a fever. I checked my temperature three times, and it has been between 98 and 98.6 degrees. My throat feels a bit irritated, but there's no coughing. What should I do about this?

Given your symptoms of feeling warm without a fever, throat irritation, and no cough, consider the following steps: stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, gargle with warm salt water to soothe your throat, and rest to help your body recover; if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a general physician for a proper evaluation and guidance, as it's possible you may be experiencing early signs of a viral or bacterial infection.
