I've been feeling warm lately but don't have a fever. I checked my temperature three times, and it has been between 98 and 98.6 degrees. My throat feels a bit irritated, but there's no coughing. What should I do about this?

Given your symptoms of feeling warm without a fever, throat irritation, and no cough, consider the following steps: stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, gargle with warm salt water to soothe your throat, and rest to help your body recover; if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a general physician for a proper evaluation and guidance, as it's possible you may be experiencing early signs of a viral or bacterial infection.

Could this be related to a change in the weather, or is it something else I should be worried about? Would love to get your thoughts on this.
Your symptoms of mild evening fever, headache, leg pain, and feeling cold without chills could be due to various reasons, including viral infections like influenza or dengue, seasonal flu, or climate change-related allergies, but it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation,

I'm feeling quite uneasy tonight. It's like I've got chills and I'm shivering. It feels like a fever, but I don't actually have one. There's also some irritation in my throat and I just feel really weak overall. What could be going on and what should I do?
-It sounds like you're experiencing early symptoms of a viral infection or flu-like illness. Keep yourself warm, drink plenty of fluids (warm water or herbal teas), and rest well. If your throat irritation worsens, try saltwater gargles or lozenges. Monit
