I've been feeling warm lately but don't have a fever. I checked my temperature three times, and it has been between 98 and 98.6 degrees. My throat feels a bit irritated, but there's no coughing. What should I do about this?

Given your symptoms of feeling warm without a fever, throat irritation, and no cough, consider the following steps: stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, gargle with warm salt water to soothe your throat, and rest to help your body recover; if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a general physician for a proper evaluation and guidance, as it's possible you may be experiencing early signs of a viral or bacterial infection.

I've been taking B complex tablets because my B12 level was low, and I've noticed my urine turning bright yellow afterward. I'm a bit worried and unsure if this is happening because of the supplement or if I should be concerned about something else. Is yellow urine normal after taking B complex, or should I be worried?
yes

I've just received a negative COVID test result, which is a huge relief, but I'm unsure about how long I should continue taking my Zincovit tablets. Is it necessary to keep taking them for a set period even after testing negative, or can I stop now? Would love any guidance on this!
Typically, Zincovit tablets, which support immune function, can be continued for 1-2 weeks after recovering from COVID-19,
