Can period be delayed by 10 days?

Periods can get delayed by any number of days. If next cycle starts from 28 +/- 7 days from the first date of last menstrual cycle then it is considered a normal cycle. A delay of 10 days is not normal and may need evaluation.

I went for a fetal echo and thankfully they didnt find any other issues. I also did the NIPT and it came back low risk. Im kinda worried and want to understand more about the Bilateral Renal Pelvis.
