Can you tell me what the Widal test is? The doctor wanted me to do this test because I had a continuous fever, but my malaria test was negative. The result came back as 1320, but I haven't been able to meet the doctor since the test. I took this test about two weeks ago. I'm not sure what this means.

I've been having this low-grade fever for 16 days now, hovering between 98 and 99.8. I took a Widal test and my results showed S.typhiO 1320 and S typhi H 1160. The doctor I saw prescribed Azilide500 and Oflomac400 for me. I even had a urine test done, which came back normal. Sometimes my fever goes away, but then it creeps back up to 99.
