I've been having this issue for the last 45 days with these excessive and weird burps, and there's a small pain just below my ribs. I've been taking rabcer20 morning and night for the past couple of days before eating, and it provides some relief, but these burps are still happening. On the first day, I even threw up at night shortly after eating. Any idea what's going on? It also feels like there's a little gas bubble just below my ribs, and I can't sit comfortably, especially after meals or even just drinking water. There's also a lot of bloating, and my stomach feels really full and heavy right after eating or drinking. Could it be anything related to my appendicitis surgery that I had when I was 16? I'm 28 years old and male. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've been experiencing really bad stomach pain lately so I went to see a gastroenterologist. They prescribed me LMX 500 and Rabesec 20 for a 5-day course. It's been 3 days now, and I'm still struggling with heavy gas and now a sharp pain in my back. Should I consult my doctor again right away, or is there something I can try at home to help with this? I'm 20 years old and have a height of 5'10'' with a weight of 91 kg. About 4 months ago, I got a checkup, and everything was normal with my ECG and 2d Echo no cholesterol or sugar issues. The only thing was my vitamin B levels were at 93. Lately, I've been experiencing this strange pain every night in my left abdomen, right below the ribs, and sometimes I feel pain in my shoulder, neck area, and even in my arms on the left side. These pains come and go quickly, but the abdomen pain sticks around a little longer. I also have acidity and get reflux at night, with the pain happening around the same time when I'm just settling in bed. I'm just wondering if there's anything I should be concerned about with these symptoms or if there's something I can do to feel better.
