Does lung fibrosis have a cure? What kind of treatments are available for it, and how does fibrosis actually happen in the lungs? Im really trying to understand more about this condition and what I might be dealing with here.

I've been dealing with a cough for about a week now, and it's starting to make it hard for me to breathe. Do you have any advice on what I should do?

I'm really worried because this morning, while I was brushing my teeth, I coughed really hard and noticed blood in my spit. It looked like clotted blood, thick and red. And the more I coughed, the more blood came up, which wasnt happening yesterday. I had my last meal at midnight because of work. Could you help me figure out why Im seeing blood when I cough in the morning?

I'm really worried because I've been having Covid symptoms, like chest pain and breathing issues, but my RT-PCR tests always come back negative. It's been 1.5 months since this all started, and my recent chest X-ray showed congested bilateral hila. Can you help me understand what this means? Is it possible I still have a Covid infection, or could it be something else?
