Question
Hey, so it's been over four months since I recovered from COVID, but I'm constantly checking my SPO2 levels, like 40 times a day. It's usually around 98, but if it drops to 97 or 96 for just a few seconds, I start to panic, and my heartbeat goes up. When I had COVID, my CT score was 12, and after two months in April, it went down to 7. I often leave my finger on the oximeter for at least 10 minutes, and it fluctuates between 96 and 98, sometimes even 95 to 98. Should I still be doing this? I'm really scared. What should I do?
