Hey, so I've noticed a weird lump on my buttocks that popped up last month. At first, I thought it was just a heat boil, so I used a pain relief patch and eventually thought it healed. But now it's come back, and I'm not sure what's going on. Do you have any idea what this could be or what I should do about it?
