I came down with typhoid on April 1st, and although that's over now, I'm dealing with a mild fever and feeling really weak in my legs. Plus, I just can't seem to get any sleep at night. What could be causing this? Any idea how I can start feeling better?

I've been feeling really dizzy when I stand up or turn around, and my blood pressure is at 11374 when I'm sitting. I've got asthma, fibromyalgia, and issues with low iron. A few weeks ago, I had a massive ear infection that landed me in the hospital with a high temperature and asthma problems. Now I'm also dealing with a cold and my asthma's acting up. I'm really worried because someone I know tested positive for Covid and had symptoms. But after about 5 days, the symptoms went away.
