I felt a hard lump in the back of my throat, kind of like a bone, and I can touch it with my finger. I have Achalasia, and it's been really tough for me to eat and drink because of the pain. Do you think this lump is related to that, or could it be something I should be worried about?

I'm having some trouble with breathing and sometimes I feel like I'm choking when I eat or drink. It's really uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm having a tough time with acidity. I've been dealing with a burning sensation in my upper stomach and it often makes me feel breathless. Sometimes I even have to catch my breath, and I've noticed this happening for about 6 years now. There's occasionally a wheezing sound and I often feel bloated too. Could all these symptoms be connected and what should I do about it?

What's going on with my liver function test results? I just got them back and my bilirubin levels are elevatedtotal is at 1.71, direct is 0.32, and indirect is 1.39. I've also been having this nagging pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, especially after eating a heavy meal. It's been like this for about a month. Should I be worried? Do I need any meds or more tests?
