Question
I'm 17 and still don't have a full beard or mustache. Could there be something wrong with me? Is there a way I can speed up the growth? I have a few hairs on my chin but not across my entire face. What can I do to help it along?

Delayed facial hair growth at 17 can be due to hormonal imbalances, genetics, or nutritional deficiencies; to promote growth, ensure adequate sleep, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet rich in protein, biotin, and vitamins D and B, consider supplements like biotin or fish oil, and consult a dermatologist
