Question

I'm a 26-year-old and generally in good health, but I've been experiencing blood streaks in my sputum every morning for the past 5 years, especially during the winter or when I catch a cold. I've seen an ENT specialist who mentioned DNS, but I noticed I'm not breathing through my mouth. My X-ray came back normal, and besides a dry and sore throat on those days, there are no other symptoms. What should I be doing about this?
