I'm a bit concerned about a spider bite I have. It has a white dry center and there's a purple bruise around it. Do you think I should get it checked out by a doctor?

I'm a bit unsure about which to use for my woundshould I go with soframycin or cipladine powder? I usually clean the wound with hot water and Dettol, then let it dry before applying the powder.
