Question
I'm a bit concerned because my recent test results showed my SGPT level is 100 and my SGOT level is 47. What could this mean for my health? Are there specific dietary changes I should make to get my levels back to normal? Also, would it help if I started working out more regularly?

There could be liver minor liver prolem or some kind muscle injury. start eating liver health foods na dbe hydrated avoid alcohol,keep regular excercise and avoid stress
