Question
I'm a bit confused about my health situation. I took my temperature with a thermometer, and it reads 98.7. I'm worried I might have an internal fever, but Im not entirely sure. Could you tell me what the temperature range for an internal fever usually is?

Internal fever, also known as occult fever, can manifest with normal body temperature readings (98.6-99.5F or 37-37.5C) despite the presence of an underlying infection or inflammation; in such cases, other symptoms like fatigue, chills, sweating, or localized pain may be present
