I'm a bit worried about my 66-year-old mom. She's diabetic and has a resting heart rate of 80 BPM with an SPO2 level around 9798. But yesterday, after climbing two floors, her heart rate jumped to 122 BPM and her SPO2 hit 99. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I've been having this sudden sharp chest pain that comes and goes in about 3 minutes. It gets worse when I breathe deeply or move around. Sometimes it just goes away on its own, but other times drinking water or taking Omeprazole 20mg seems to help. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm really concerned about my wife. She saw an eye surgeon for her cataract surgery, and he suggested she get an ECG done first. After looking at the ECG results, he recommended an ECHO test. The results came back mostly normal, with no regional wall motion abnormality and normal systolic function at 65%. But it did show mild pulmonary arterial hypertension with an RVSP of 35 mmHg. I'm not sure what this means or if we should be worried. Does she need treatment for this? Could you help us understand the situation a bit better?

I've been on Axcer 90 along with Aspirin 75 since September 2018 until September 2019. After that, from September 2019 to May 2020, I switched to Axcer 60 with Aspirin 75 mg. I stopped taking Axcer 60 about 20 days ago, and now I'm feeling a bit uneasy in my chest sometimes at night. I had a heart attack back in September 2018 and I've had a preventative stress echo twice in the last 18 months, which came out fine. Is it possible that this uneasiness is some kind of withdrawal effect from stopping Axcer?
