Question

I'm a bit worried because my chest X-ray, ultrasound, HIV, thyroid, and other blood tests all came back fine, but my Mantoux test showed a positive result with a size of around 16 mm. I'm not sure if this means I need to start TB treatment. Also, my body temperature usually stays between 98 to 98.8 degrees. Should I be getting any other tests done? Could you give me some advice on this?

I've been having this lingering neck pain and a cough that just doesn't seem to go away. It's starting to make me feel really uneasy. On top of that, I've been experiencing ear pain and feeling more tired lately. I had TB in the past, and I'm worried this might be related. I'm dealing with some really frustrating wheezing and breathing issues that started back in January. It seems like something specific is triggering it, but I can't figure out what. I've had severe wheezing four times and had to get Deriphyllin injections, but they don't seem to be helping much. I did notice that it might be related to eating non-veg food, as my asthma flares up afterwards, and this time, even Deriphyllin isn't fixing it. Can you recommend the right kind of inhaler I should use for a lasting solution to this allergic asthma?

I've been dealing with asthma for quite a while now, and it's been pretty rough. Right now, I'm using the Seroflo 250 inhaler once a day and Duolin when I really need it. I also had sinus surgery a couple of years ago, but it kind of feels like my lungs are still really weak. I'm dealing with cold and cough pretty much all the time, and if I don't take Montair LC every day, things get worse. I'm a 30-year-old guy, around 75 kg. I'm trying to avoid steroids, but I'm not sure what else I can do. Any advice on treatments or ways to manage this better?
