I'm currently using a Seroflo 250 inhaler and I've read that it contains steroids. I'm a bit concerned about having to use this medication for the rest of my life. Could you please explain if there are any potential side effects or complications I should be aware of? I'm really looking for some clarity on this.

My mom was treated for COVID at Apollo, and we asked the doctor to discharge her while she was still on 2 liters of oxygen. After a few days at home, I managed to reduce the oxygen to 1 liter, but now I'm noticing something concerning. Her SPO2 levels are showing around 92-93, and her pulse rate is between 105-120. I've been dealing with a dry cough for the past couple of weeks and it's really starting to worry me. Initially, I had a viral fever about three weeks ago and took some medication which seemed to work, but this cough just won't go away. I tried using Tasq DX syrup for a week but it didn't help, so I switched to Green linctus BM syrup for another week and it hasn't gotten better in fact, it seems to be getting worse. Could you please help me figure out what's going on and what I should do next?
