Question

I'm dealing with a blocked right ear due to wax buildup and I'm not sure what to do. I've got these small packets of Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9 with me, but I'm unsure if they're safe to use as ear drops for this. The label says it's a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, with a pH of 4.5 to 7.0 and no preservatives. Is it okay to use this on my ear, or should I look for something else?
