Question

I'm dealing with a burn from hot water and I'm not sure who I should see for this - a physician or a dermatologist. I've attached a picture of the burn for reference. Also, I'm currently using Silverex Ionic ointment. Any advice on what to do next?

I've been really worried because my hair has started falling out a lot again and my crown line is receding. It all kicked off about two years ago, and even though I've been to different doctors, nothing seems to stick. Plus, I've been taking antioxidants. I'm just really anxious about this and wondering if there's anything else I should be doing to help with this condition?
