Question

I'm dealing with constant stomach pain whenever I eat or right after. It's really uncomfortable and sometimes results in vomiting. I also have frequent burps and just feel like something's off with my digestion. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

I'm having this feeling like there's a needle and a burning sensation inside my anus, especially when I sit down. It's really annoying, and when I walk, it feels like there's stool stuck there. I've been dealing with constipation for about 34 weeks now, and just yesterday when I tried forcing the stool out, I felt like a jolt of pain, like a needle inside. I havent had any alcohol for a month, and I'm thin and didnt work out before the test. Is it a major concern that my SGPT level is elevated? How can I reduce it?
