Question

I'm having this feeling like there's a needle and a burning sensation inside my anus, especially when I sit down. It's really annoying, and when I walk, it feels like there's stool stuck there. I've been dealing with constipation for about 34 weeks now, and just yesterday when I tried forcing the stool out, I felt like a jolt of pain, like a needle inside. What could be causing this, and how can I get some relief?

I'm dealing with IBS and was diagnosed with depression about 1.5 years ago. I've been taking fludac 20, but recently I've been having bowel movements 6-7 times a day, and they're fragmented.
