I'm dealing with this fungal infection on my scalp and it's showing up as patches everywhere. Can anyone recommend a good antifungal oil or shampoo that could help clear it up?

For fungal infection on the scalp, you can use Ketoconazole shampoo. You can apply it to the affected areas, leave it on for 5 minutes, and then rinse off. Use it twice a week for 2-4 weeks for best results.
