Question
I'm dealing with hyperacidity and GERD for the past couple of years and have been on PPI meds for about a year and a half. I've tried different PPIs and regularly see my gastroenterologist, but my symptoms always seem to come back just a week or two after stopping the meds. Is taking PPI the only way to treat this, or are there other options I could consider?

Here are some general tips that may help: *Premature Ejaculation (PE)* 1. *Practice relaxation techniques*: Stress can exacerbate PE. Try relaxation methods like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. 2. *Exercise regularly*: Regular physical activity can help improve sexual performance and reduce stress. 3. *Try pelvic floor exercises*: Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help you control ejaculation. 4. *Consider couples therapy*: A therapist can help you and your partner work through any relationship issues that may be contributing to PE. *Penis Size* 1. *Maintain a healthy lifestyle*: Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep can help support overall health, including penis health. 2. *Avoid smoking and excessive drinking*: These habits can damage blood vessels and reduce blood flow to the penis. 3. *Manage stress*: High stress levels can lead to hormonal imbalances, which can affect penis size. *General Health* 1. *Get regular check-ups*: Consult your doctor about any concerns you have, including PE and penis size. 2. *Practice safe sex*: Use protection to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
