I'm dealing with a really bad cold and headache, and my eyes feel hot. My throat's bothering me as well. I've already taken one Tussin and one Lecope, but nothing seems to be working. What should I do next?

Lately, I've been getting mild chest pains and sometimes, out of nowhere, I start shivering and getting goosebumps, even at normal room temperature. I feel sleepy all the time and get tired very quickly, even after light physical activity. Walking long distances has become challenging. I got married two months ago, and after the first few weeks everything was okay, but my health has been getting worse lately. I'm working but can't keep up like everyone else, and it's frustrating because even when it's not cold, I'm in a sweater and still can't shake off the chills. Why am I feeling like this, and should I be worried?
