I'm dealing with a skin infection in my groin area and it's been going on for 20 to 25 days now. The skin on my inner thigh, right below the scrotum, has a foul smell and there's a blackish discoloration around it. Plus, I notice this thin, white, milky layer over the infected spot. Whenever I wear tight clothes, I get a burning feeling on a small part of the skin when I walk. I've been using clotrimazole, but it's not really helping. Could you give me some advice on what else I can do?

I'm a 35-year-old woman and I'm wondering if Dermadew cream can be used as an anti-aging treatment. Is it safe and does it actually work for that purpose?

Dermadew cream can be a good hydrating moisturizer, but for targeted anti-aging benefits, you might need a cream that contains other proven active ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C, or peptides. Always patch-test a product first and consider consulting a dermatologist

I've been dealing with some itching around my penis for the past couple of months, and it's turned into these mild red patches around there and on my lower thighs. I've tried using BETNOVATE GM cream, and it helps for a bit, but then the problem comes right back. Its really embarrassing, especially when I'm out in public. Could you suggest a cream or any other treatment that might help with this?

consult dermatologist for physical examination of lesion ,don't use any medicine without doctor prescribed

I'm dealing with a really uncomfortable situation where I've got this infection in my pubic area and nearby thighs. It's turned the skin black and the itching is seriously bad. Do you think it could be some kind of fungal infection or is it something else? I'm pretty concerned and would love some advice.

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
