I've been dealing with some itching around my penis for the past couple of months, and it's turned into these mild red patches around there and on my lower thighs. I've tried using BETNOVATE GM cream, and it helps for a bit, but then the problem comes right back. Its really embarrassing, especially when I'm out in public. Could you suggest a cream or any other treatment that might help with this?

View allI'm dealing with an infection in my inner thighs near my penis, and I'm pretty sure it's fungal because the itching is really intense. I've been using itchguard for the past few days but the itch is still really bad. I'm worried and not sure what else to do. Could you suggest something to help with this constant itching?
You may have a fungal infection in the groin area. In addition to using Itchguard cream, I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected area for 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothes, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

Ive been dealing with some small acne on my face and went to a dermatologist about a month ago. He prescribed some medicines after examining me, but unfortunately, the acne hasn't improved. The medications were Phexin 500 mg, Doxy 1 LR 100 mg capsules, Zitcare, and Acnovate gel. Should I keep using these or try something different? I'm just a bit worried about why they haven't worked yet and would love some advice!
the medications are appropriate for the condition ,if they doesnt work on your skin need to switch to other drugs, visit your dermatologist for appropriate treatment and ruleout the cause for acne.

I'm really concerned about using Diprovate. Are there any side effects I should be aware of? How severe can they be? Also, is there a chance it could cause pimples or any kind of skin damage?
Diprovate, which contains the active ingredient Betamethasone, is a corticosteroid cream used to treat various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. Common side effects of Diprovate include skin irritation, burning, itching, or redness at the application site. These side effects are usually mild and temporary.
