I'm dealing with some issues down there. My penis skin feels sticky and it's pretty itchy. It's also slightly painful when I try to pull the skin back. There's this sticky white stuff on the head that looks like dried semen, but I'm sure that's not it. This has been happening for about three days now, though I'm not having any trouble with erections or urinating. What might be going on and how can I treat it?
