Question

I'm experiencing a lot of pain when I'm sitting, and my recent MRI showed my liver is enlarged to 22.3 with 52% fat. The pain has moved to the top of my ribs on the right side. I also got an X-ray, and Ive attached the image here. I don't feel much pain when I'm sleeping, standing, or walking, but sitting is really tough. Plus, I've noticed that the left side of my stomach feels kind of loose, while the right side is pretty tight. What could be going on?

I've been dealing with some breathing issues and chest tightness over the past couple of weeks, especially after eating. It's like I need to yawn just to feel like I get a full breath sometimes, and there's also a little bit of chest pain here and there. My thyroid's fine, and I've never had asthma.
