I'm experiencing some shortness of breath along with constant yawning, and I've been feeling pain on the left side of my back muscles. On top of that, my stomach feels bloated with gas, and I'm dealing with constipation. Is there a connection between these symptoms, and should I be concerned or consider seeing a doctor?

I've been having this chronic dry mouth and really bad breath, so my general physician suggested an Upper G.I Endoscopy and some other tests.
